Over de expositie

'Painting the Nude' presents the different ways in which artists approach the human figure.
We can no longer simply admire the grace and beauty of the naked form.
Today, mired in debates about sexuality, the gendered eye, voyeurism and the balance of power relations, the nude stands at the intersection where the traditional and contemporary collide.
